Perfectly situated in the centre of the historical village of Malpas, Prospect House is a beautifully renovated and maintained Georgian house with views over the Cheshire plains. The home is well connected, easy to get to, and just a short 20-minute drive from Chester, Wrexham, Crewe, Nantwich, and Whitchurch. Our services include residential care, nursing care, expert care for residents with dementia, and short-term respite care.

Your loved one’s life at Prospect House will be comfortable and interesting with many things to do. They can choose to relax in one of the carefully curated communal facilities including the dining room, two sitting rooms, library, parlour and large front lounge.

PAMMS Report
We are pleased to announce that Prospect House was recently inspected by the Cheshire West & Chester Local Authority Provider Assessment and Market Monitoring (PAMMS) team. The inspection covered 16 quality domains, and we received a ‘GOOD’ rating in all areas, with an overall rating of ‘GOOD’.
Additionally, we earned two ‘EXCELLENT’ commendations for our commitment to personalised support and for ensuring a positive dining experience. A PDF of the summary report is available here.
CQC Report
Every care home in England is inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and given a rating of either Inadequate, Requires Improvement, Good, or Outstanding. We’re delighted to say Prospect House has been rated as ‘Good’ during our January 2021 Inspection. Click here to read the full report.
