The wellbeing of our residents is our highest priority and we continue to comply fully with governmental advice in responding to coronavirus in order to safeguard everyone.
We are so proud of our staff team and how diligently they have abided by the guidance providing safe and effective care throughout the crisis to date.
In January 2021 CQC carried out an in-depth Infection Prevention and Control audit with particular regard to how we are managing the Covid-19 infection risk. We continue to admit residents, where it is appropriate and safe to do so, and if you would like to discuss how me might provide care for you or for a relative, please contact us using the contact details set out below.
In order to keep families and friends completely up to date we will be doing the following:
- If your loved one is affected directly we will be calling you personally to keep you apprised of the situation
- Otherwise, we will be sending out a weekly update to you via email
