We have some exciting news to share! Our very own chef, Paul Wright, has won the National Chef of the Year Award at the Great British Care Awards! We are absolutely thrilled and couldn’t be more proud of him.
Last November, Paul won the North West Great British Care Awards regional award, and this year he made it all the way to the finals, where he was crowned the winner! The judges were blown away by Paul’s talent and creativity, especially his introduction of a monthly fine-dining gourmet night here at the care home.
Sarah Stroud, Manager here at Prospect House Care Home commented: “We are incredibly proud of Paul. He’s an amazing Chef and really cares about our residents’ nutritional needs and dining experience. He always goes the extra mile for our residents when catering for them, he is a great ambassador for food and nutrition, and we are constantly wowed and inspired by his passion to cook.”
We really are incredibly lucky to have such a skilled chef in our team, who is dedicated to providing delicious and nutritious meals for our residents.
