You can even have them stay longer – several months if you needed to go into hospital or wanted to visit relatives abroad for an extended period, for example.
Should he need to have permanent care then we couldn't have a better place
My husband has been having 6 weeks rehab at Prospect House and I really cannot fault it. This room has recently been redecorated, it is comfortable and the staff have been friendly and helpful.

She said she felt like a VIP
Mum spent 3 1/2 months in respite at Prospect House earlier this year. She soon settled in and enjoyed the morning activities.
She had nothing but praise for the staff and the matron, enjoyed the food- she said she felt like a VIP. It was a sad day indeed for mum and myself when she had to leave.
