Working in Harmony

The team of people who work at Prospect House have the opportunity to make a real difference to people’s lives. Whether as a nurse or carer, domestic or laundry assistant, administrator, maintenance person, or part of the catering team, it’s the responsibility of everyone working at Prospect House to improve the life and lives of our residents. We do that by listening to what our residents want and doing our very best to meet their wishes. Always. And we support staff in their work. We offer competitive pay rates, pay for training (and encourage all staff to engage in training), and provide opportunities for individual development. Working with our residents is a big responsibility; but it’s hugely satisfying.

Many people have been with us for over 10 years.  Quite a few, more than 20 years. So there might not be a vacancy when you want it.  But do please get in touch by Email or telephone (01948 860011). We’re always very happy to meet people interested in working here, we’ll get back to you as fast as we can.
